GL events Pengcheng (Shenzhen) Exhibition Co., Limited is a leading partner of textile and apparel exhibitions. The joint venture was founded on the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France by the GL events Group and Shenzhen Pengcheng Exhibition Planning Company.

Three major shows of the company – Fashion Source Shenzhen International Exhibition for Clothing Supply Chain, Shenzhen Original Design Fashion Week, and Première Vision Shenzhen – are the most influential exhibitions in the textile and apparel industry. Every Spring and Autumn, they welcome over 2,000 exhibitors and nearly 100,000 visitors, including manufacturers and designers specializing in yarn, fabrics and notions, garment OEM (ODM), accessories, and original designs. They have become an important way to obtain orders and the industry's trendsetter.

Shenzhen Pengcheng Exhibition Planning Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002. Since then, it has established a strong presence in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as an experienced player in the clothing supply chain. Throughout nearly two decades, it has gathered tens of thousands of exhibitors and buyers. In 2019, it completed the joint venture with GL events.

Headquartered in Lyon, France, GL events was established in 1978 and has been listed on the Paris Stock Exchange. It is a major player in three main industry segments: VENUES, EXHIBITIONS and LIVES. With over 90 offices worldwide, the company has more than 480 exhibitions and activities, manages over 60 event venues, provides services for 4,200 events per year on average, and promotes 28 cities where events are held. It had a turnover of €1.315bn in 2022, ranking among the top of its global counterparts.

In China, GL events has 18 offices in over 15 cities with about 620 employees. Every year, it supports over 20 activities or competitions, and the exhibitions it holds can cover a space of 900,000 sqm. It is also the manager of three venues and the partner of ten exhibition halls.
